COVID-19 Safety Protocols

Welcome to Kimpton The Sawyer. At this time, we are open and accepting guests.

We’re continuing to monitor developments and following guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and the State of California. To help safeguard your health and best serve you during your stay with us, we’ve made necessary modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we’ve increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas. We have temporarily suspended the following amenities:

  • In-room dining is not currently available
  • Revival will be openly daily with limited menus between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, with a breakfast and all day dining menu + cocktails, beer and wine
  • Beginning on June 9, 2020 there will be limited hours of operation for valet parking
  • Self-parking is available at $4 per hour with a daily max of $28, these rates do not include in and out privileges
  • Stay over housekeeping service is not currently available
  • Fitness now open in accordance with social distancing guidelines
  • The pool has limited seating in accordance with social distancing guidelines
  • Pool cabanas are available on a first come first serve basis
  • Same day dry cleaning services are available Monday-Wednesdays
